Important Information / FAQ

  • Safety is our #1 concern, but there is risk with any high adventure activity.

  • We take trips out Rain or Shine!

  • Our guided trips are private, meaning it will be just whoever is in your party and the certified instructor.  This guarantees that the trip is completely catered to you, whether you want to just want to rappel or whether you want to learn more about rappelling, we’ve got you covered.

  • Our guided rappelling trips are either 4 hour half day trips or 6-8 hour full day trips.  The half day trips start at either 9am or 2 pm.   Full day starts at 9 am.

  • Typically a half day trip is plenty of time to get multiple rappels on 2-3 different stations, however this depends on your group size.  This also depends on how much you want to learn about rappelling.  If you want to learn more about rappelling, there will be fewer rappel stations or book a full day of guided rappelling.

  • Trips are booked with a 6:1 ratio of clients to instructor.  If you have more than 6 participants, you will have more than one instructor.

  • There is no climbing involved in this package, however you will have to hike to get to the top of the cliff line.  See our Combo Package page if you desire climbing and rappelling.

  • We typically stay on site for our guided rappelling trips, but you may request to go off site if desired.

  • For a detailed list of what to bring, please see the What To Bring page under Plan Your Trip.

  • Food/Snacks/Water is not provided, so make sure you bring your own!

  • All rappelling gear is provided but if you have your own you are welcome to use it.

  • Gratuity for our guides is not included in the pricing.  Management recommends tipping your instructors 10-20%
